Each aspect of a kriya (set) can contain any and all of these individual practices, combining them to create a powerful tool for personal transformation and healing.

Signature Life Skills Yoga Program©

Every Monday
$800/one session per week for eight weeks
80 min session offered between 11am and 5pm PST

These classes, offered one-on-one, are designed with the individual in mind. Upon registering for the Life Skills Yoga Program, you will be sent a comprehensive Life Skills Yoga Program Intake Form. This will help me to assess what your individual needs and objectives are toward developing a unique yoga practice just for you.

This program takes place over the course of 8 weeks, consisting of modules designed to address a variety of issues that relate to responsibilities and situations in your life that bring you greatest stress, as per information you provide me in the questionnaire. Every session will begin with a discussion of the particular topics we will focus on in the session and tools may be provided to help you move forward in areas you might feel “stuck”. Tools could include exploring beliefs, affirmations, meditations, self-care, mindfulness practices, etc.

The class then shifts toward a breathing (pranayama) practice to settle and ground the mind and stimulate the body. We then move into a personalized Hatha Yoga practice that takes into account your own physical capabilities vs limitations. I have found Hatha Yoga to be a wonderful way to connect to breath, mind and body, expand the lungs and move the blood, warming the body up and preparing for meditation.

We will then practice a Kundalini Yoga Kriya (set). The set will be chosen based on information you provide me about any challenges or lifestyle habits from your everyday life. Kriyas are very specific and scientific in nature such as Kriya for the Immune System, Kriya for Creativity, Kriya for Courage and Strength, etc.

I will record the classes via ZOOM and, after each session you will be provided a copy for you to continue to practice on your own if you wish. At the end of the 8 weeks, you will possess a comprehensive and highly personalized practice that you can refer to over and over again as you continue on your life’s journey.

As part of registering for this program, you are entitled to participate in ALL the CHAIR YOGA, or ALL LEVELS CLASS, free of charge, during the 8 weeks you participate in the program. Program is to be taken in 8 consecutive weeks ONLY.
